Blender Lighthouse

Objective - Create a lighthouse animation that includes the following: A textured landscape, a lighthouse, an animated ocean, fog/rain, an animated camera, and textures.
Direction - I tried to achieve an animation that depicts a lighthouse immediately after it turns on, still relatively daytime-esque. Additionally, I wanted to make the scene feel more realistic via the inclusion of natural aspects such as trees and rocks, both of various types. Instead of typical PBR mapping, Likes - I like the sunset-feel of the scene, however if I could change something I would probably alter how the sky appears and make more distinct clouds. Dislikes - For reasons unknown to myself, the rotating light inside the lighthouse failed to rotate during initial tests. I unfortunately had to settle for a static light, but I don't think it compromises the scene too significantly. |
